    Booking Confirmation

    A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

    Travel with Amira reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its sole discretion prior to final confirmation.

    Pricing

    All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking. Prices may be adjusted prior to confirmation due to:
    • Currency fluctuations
    • Government taxes and fees
    • Supplier price changes
    • Fuel surcharges
    • Regulatory changes
    Once a booking is confirmed, no price increases will apply except where required by law or governmental authorities.

    Participant Eligibility

    Each traveler is solely responsible for ensuring possession of:

    • Entry permits
    • Vaccination certificates

    Travel with Amira accepts no liability for denied boarding, visa refusals, entry restrictions, or deportation.

    Travel Experience

    Travel itineraries may be modified where necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, supplier changes, government restrictions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Reasonable alternatives of comparable value will be provided whenever possible.
