The safety and wellbeing of our travelers are of utmost importance.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in the planned activities.
Disclosure Requirement
Travelers must disclose any condition that may affect their ability to travel safely, including but not limited to:
- Chronic medical conditions
- Mobility limitations
- Significant allergies
- Mental health conditions requiring support
- Recent surgeries or hospitalizations
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in removal from the trip if safety concerns arise.
Medications
Participants are responsible for carrying:
- Personal medications
- Medical devices
- Prescriptions
- Required medical documentation
Travel with Amira cannot guarantee availability of specific medications overseas.
Emergency Medical Care
In the event of illness or injury, Travel with Amira may assist in arranging medical care; however, all associated costs remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
